The questions a technical evaluator or security team asks first: what GeniOS can see, what it can change, how its outputs can be checked, and where to get the specifics.

Architecture, Security & Reliability

What data does GeniOS read, and what permissions does it need?

GeniOS reads only the sources you choose to connect, such as email, calendar, chat and the business tools your teams use. It asks for read access to start, and you can begin with one team and a few sources. We go through the exact permissions for each source with your IT team before anything is connected.

Can we start read-only and revoke access later?

Yes. GeniOS starts read-only, so it does not change anything in your tools. You can disconnect a source or revoke access at any time, and GeniOS stops reading from it.

Can GeniOS send anything without our approval?

No. When work is delegated to a person or an agent, nothing goes out until a person on your team approves it. GeniOS raises and checks the work; your people decide what leaves the company.

How can we check that what GeniOS tells us is right?

Every piece of intelligence says why it was raised and what it is based on, so the person reading it can check it against the original email, meeting or record. GeniOS also marks work as done only when it finds proof in your systems. When something is wrong or not relevant, your team says so, and GeniOS learns from it.

Where is our data processed and stored?

We do not publish hosting regions or security certifications on this site, and we would rather give your team the specifics directly than summarise them here. Book a technical call and we will walk your security team through where data is processed and stored, who can access it and how access is removed.
