Chapters
- 0:00 · The manager's problem
Every department has goals and a team. Delegating the right task and keeping track of it takes most of a manager's day, and results drift from the plan.
- 0:13 · Skills, LLMs and agents
Claude skills work for one goal. Agents work for a defined state. When tools, data and departmental goals keep evolving, both need constant prompting and maintenance.
- 0:42 · Not a memory or automation problem
The gap is guidance: something that follows every department, every goal and every situation as the company's data changes, without hundreds of prompts.
- 1:11 · Where goals slip
An audit with two missing documents, a follow-up that never left the outbox, a launch that slips three weeks, a ticket that waits nine days, a candidate who joins someone else.
- 1:43 · Your AI doesn't know your company
A chatbot asks the same questions again and again. A consultant spots three problems and leaves.
- 1:57 · A consultant that never leaves
Imagine an AI consultant that works all day, tells you what to do instead of what you planned, and wears every hat.
- 2:21 · Meet GeniOS
GeniOS lives on your device, reads your data with your permission, reasons over it and sends intelligence proactively. No dashboards to check, nothing to tag, no prompting.
- 2:41 · One real goal
Our founder's application to Antler Singapore: three rounds, a rejection, an invitation to keep them posted, three updates, then priorities changed and the thread went quiet.
- 3:11 · The goal as GeniOS sees it
The same goal on GeniOS: four kinds of intelligence arrive on their own, and each can be delegated to a person or an agent.
- 3:42 · What powers it
Company patterns, domain expertise and the current state of your company, brought together so you see patterns one person cannot hold in their head. Your data stays with you.
- 4:13 · The same company, with GeniOS
Sales follows up the same day, the audit goes in on time, the invoice goes out on day one, onboarding moves, and support resolves the first ticket in hours.
Summary
The film opens on a familiar problem. Every department sets goals, and managers spend their days delegating tasks and chasing them. Teams try Claude skills, LLMs, third-party agent platforms and in-house agents. Each helps with one goal or one defined process, and each struggles once the company's data, tools and goals start moving at the same time. The film argues that this is not a memory problem or an automation problem. What is missing is guidance that keeps up with the company as it changes.
It then shows how goals quietly slip across Admin, Sales, Support and Hiring, and why asking a general-purpose AI does not help: it does not know your company. A human consultant helps once, then leaves. GeniOS is introduced as the alternative: software that lives on your device, reads your data only with your permission, reasons over it and brings you intelligence before you ask, so you never have to check a dashboard, tag anything or write another prompt.
The middle of the film follows one real goal from our founder's own inbox, an Antler Singapore application that went quiet after three updates, and shows the same goal as GeniOS sees it. It closes on the same company running with GeniOS, where every team gets the right next step on time.
